Return & Refund Policy

Sesobuy is committed to providing a comfortable and calm buying experience for our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (support@Sesobuy.com) at first.

Return Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • Returned in original packaging along with the product and gift.
  • All items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in perfect condition.

Non-returnable items:

  • On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Customized products are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers are non-refundable.

General Return Process

  • Please email us at support@Sesobuy.com with photos and/or video of the item(s) and let us know your order number. We will reply within 1 business day.
  • Shipping: We will provide you with the address of the nearest U.S. return warehouse and you will need to ship your products to the return address yourself.
  • Refund: When we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 1-3 business days and offer an exchange or refund.

Exchange Process

  • Currently we do not accept exchanges, customers need to return first to buy again.

Return Charge

  • Shipping costs incurred by the return warehouse are paid by the customer(Usually it only costs $6)
  • There is no restocking fee for returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved(As long as it meets the above criteria it will go through.), the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3 working days.
  • If you haven’t received the refund within 7 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@Sesobuy.com.

Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money(The shipping cost will also be refunded).
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

Product damage

  • If any part is damaged during shipping or if any defect is found during installation, We will ship a replacement free of charge. However, damage/lost caused by customers are non-refundable.
